Take a Break

Recognize when you're body and mind is telling you to take a Mental Health Break. PTSD, ANXIETY, DEPRESSION, ETC are all things that can not only cause emotions damages, but physical also. Healing takes time. Recognize your triggers, seek counseling, rest, surround yourself with people who support you, and know that it's ok.
